We are delighted to invite you to our popular Mendip Business Breakfast entitled "get your business in shape for 2010" brought to you by NatWest, accountants Old Mill and solicitors Dyne Drewett LLP.

Speakers

Andy Flint, Director of Business Banking, East Somerset at NatWest. Andy will be looking at the economy and how it has affected businesses on a local level.

Richard James, Corporate Solicitor at Dyne Drewett LLP, will be considering the impact of the new Companies Act 2006 on small and medium sized businesses, and how best to take advantage of, what is, the most extensive piece of company legislation ever.

Jolyon Stonehouse, Managing Partner at Old Mill, will be giving constructive accounting advice to keep your bank manager happy and other advantageous tax opportunities for your business.
