Yeovil Business Breakfast
Lessons from the Downturn - Moving Forward
We are delighted to invite you to the next Yeovil Business Breakfast being held by Battens, Old Mill and HSBC.
As businesses start to look forward, after what is hoped to be the worst of the recession, we look at what lessons have been learnt from this period and how we can use these in moving forward.
We will provide time for questions and aim to conclude the seminar by 9.30am and very much hope you will join us.
Speakers
Jolyon Stonehouse, Managing Partner at Old Mill, will be giving constructive accounting advice to keep your bank manager happy and other advantageous tax opportunities for your business.
Maeve Vickery, Head of Employment at Battens Solicitors, will look at practical ways of ensuring you have the flexibility within your workforce to be able to adapt to the developing economic picture.
Peter Larcombe, HSBC Area Commercial Director for North Devon & South Somerset, will then consider some of the questions of the moment including, are banks lending now? If so, who to and what makes a good proposition? He will also look at the impact of new financial regulations being brought in.
