It is thought that a million employers currently do not have a pension scheme at all but even if you do it may not be suitable and need changing, or at least need a few tweaks to comply.
For those with no scheme at all there are a number of choices to make. It will be possible to set up a company-specific scheme but it may be more practical to join an existing larger scheme.
